Laser Sensors with Background Suppression

Laser sensor with Background Suppression have the ability to ignore objects in the background or foreground of the object that needs detection.  Some sensors have the capability of detecting the difference of 50µm in height or distance.  These sensors can be used for presence, proximity, position sensing of any product.  In most cases the colour of the detected object has little or no influence on detection sensitivity or distance.

The sensor uses a high-resolution CMOS line array and DSP technology, virtually eliminating material, colour and brightness related switching point differences.  Sensor functions can be activated, and scanning results can be acquired via the RS-232 port.
